AEW Dynamite once again won the head-to-head ratings battle against the WWE NXT show, but it was a domination this time as AEW opted to continue with story line progression and matches while NXT opted for interviews and and pre-taped video packages.
For overall viewership, AEW climbed to 932,000 viewers for this week's show featuring the unveiling of former WWE Superstar Luke Harper as Brodie Lee, The Exalted One of The Dark Order, as well as the AEW debut of Matt Hardy.
By comparison, last week's show drew 766,000 viewers -- the highest since early January, while NXT slipped down to 532,000 viewers -- the least watched show in history since going to a live format on USA.
In the 18-49 demographic, AEW scored a 0.35 rating and NXT trailed behind with a 0.16 rating.
