NXT superstar Chelsea Green took to Instagram to share her recent at home-workouts during this time of quarantine from COVID-19. The former IMPACT Knockouts champion says she's been loving the break from her everyday routine, and encourages fans to follow the Do Your Rumble account for great exercise suggestions and tutorials.

I'm loving the break from my every day lifting routine. Switching it up always works wonders on my body, so I'm using this time at home to shock my system and get back on track. I've been trying workouts I find on Instagram, with ZERO weights / equipment... so no excuses, you can all do the same! So far, my favourite has been the 30, 35 and 45min @doyourumble classes.
