WWE issued the following press release announcing that the Immortal Hulk Hogan will be a special guest on tonight's episode of Friday Night SmackDown from the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada. Hogan will be addressing his former New World Order (N.W.O.) faction being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame for the 2020 ceremony.
Whatcha gonna do when Hulk Hogan and Hulkamania run wild on you this Friday night? That's right — the WWE Universe will get to see The Hulkster himself this week on SmackDown! Hogan will appear to discuss his upcoming induction into the WWE Hall of Fame as a member of the nWo. The Immortal's second Hall of Fame induction will come Thursday, April 2, during WrestleMania 36 Week alongside fellow nWo members Scott Hall, Kevin Nash and Sean Waltman. The N.W.O. was officially formed at the 1996 WCW pay per view Bash at the Beach. The group would also make an appearance in WWE following WCW going out of business. Hogan was originally inducted into the Hall of Fame back in 2005. This year he will be joined by fellow N.W.O originals Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Sean "X-Pac" Waltman.
