Could the widespread coronavirus affect the biggest show of the year for WWE when WrestleMania 36 comes to Tampa, Florida this April? Stephanie McMahon recently weighed in on this subject.

In a recent Tampa Bay Times article, Stephanie McMahon and WWE officials commented on the ongoing coronavirus situation and how it may potentially impact this year's WrestleMania 36:

"The health and safety of not only our fan base, but also our superstars, really does come first," said Stephanie during the interview. "We don't want to put anyone in a bad situation ever, regardless of the circumstance. Those are not risks worth taking."

John Saboor, the EVP of Special Events for WWE, also touched on the topic in the Tampa Bay Times article.

"Given the number of live events that (WWE) does, it's constantly monitoring global events," said Saboor. "There are active and ongoing discussions at play internally, like there are in any sector of American business, and certainly families as a whole. So I think those will continue."
