The bad luck continues for Samoa Joe.

According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, the former United States champion suffered a head injury while recently filming a commercial for WWE. Reports are that Joe slammed his head during a bad table spot and will be out of action for the foreseeable future. There's no word on how severe the injury is, or an exact timetable on a potential return.

The incident couldn't have come at a worse time for the Samoan Submission machine, who missed WrestleMania 34 due to injury, and just came back from a brief concussion he endured a few weeks ago. He also was out of action throughout 2019 with a broken thumb. He's been involved in an ongoing storyline against Seth Rollins, and his new stable featuring the Authors of Pain and Murphy.
