WWE's Super ShowDown pay per view in Saudi Arabia is set to feature a Universal championship matchup between The Fiend Bray Wyatt and Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg. There was certain speculation that Goldberg could defeat Wyatt, and go on to headline WrestleMania 36 from Tampa. However, that is not in the current plans for the "Grandest Stage of Them All."
According to the Wrestling Observer, Roman Reigns is still the front-runner to challenge Wyatt at WrestleMania for the Universal title, with the bout being considered to go on last. This means that Wyatt will defeat Goldberg at Super Showdown, either cleanly or via countout or disqualification. Goldberg's payday for working Saudi Arabia is expected to be much larger than if he worked the "Show of Shows."
This year's Mania is set to take place on April 5th from the Raymond James Stadium, which is the home of the NFL's Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The only set matchup at this time is Royal Rumble winner Drew McIntyre facing WWE champion Brock Lesnar.
