Some more WWE Royal Rumble spoilers, backstage news and rumors have surfaced for the upcoming pay-per-view later this month in Houston, Texas.
The WWE Royal Rumble 2020 pay-per-view is expected to draw approximately 36,000 fans -- a legitimate sell out.
Unfortunately for the same cannot be said for the Worlds Collide live special event on Saturday, as tickets are not moving as well as the company would have liked, or the 2/16 NXT TakeOver: Portland live special, which is showing a weak advance thus far.
In the latest issue of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com, Dave Meltzer is reporting that there appears to be no obvious Royal Rumble winner at this stage on the men's side, though Roman Reigns winning and then going on to face Bray Wyatt is a "possibility."
Brock Lesnar -- who will draw number one in the traditional 30-man Royal Rumble match -- will probably end up with an opponent after the match for WrestleMania. The belief is that the opponent for "The Beast Incarnate" at WrestleMania 36 will be the Superstar who eliminates him, or one that shoots an angle with him during the match.
We will keep you posted here as more WWE Royal Rumble spoilers and backstage news / rumors continue to surface ahead of the 1/26 PPV.
WWE Royal Rumble 2020 takes place on Sunday, January 26th from Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas. The show will be available via traditional pay-per-view, and will stream live via the WWE Network.
