United Kingdom Champion WALTER vs. Joe Coffey

At NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, United Kingdom Champion WALTER of Imperium will finally go head-to-head against Gallus' Joe Coffey.

For several months, an ongoing series of volatile altercations involving Imperium, Gallus and Ilja Dragunov have been ripping apart NXT UK. While there are many factors that have fueled this chaotic conflict, arguably the most memorable moment occurred just seconds after Joe Coffey's battle against then-United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne at the historic first-ever NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool event. It was at that moment that WALTER emerged in the rising brand for the first time and laid out the Gallus leader with a big boot before turning his attention to The BruiserWeight.

Fast forward one year and a lot of destruction later. After Gallus and Ilja Dragunov joined forces for a brutal Eight-Man Tag Team showdown against Imperium on the Nov. 28 episode of NXT UK -- which did little to quell the bedlam between the deadly forces -- United Kingdom Champion WALTER met face-to-face with Joe Coffey to carry out historical negotiations with the intention of bringing an end to the bedlam.

The proceedings were regulated by NXT UK General Manager Johnny Saint Assistant to the General Manager Sid Scala. One of the conditions during the negotiations was a United Kingdom Title Match between The Ring General and The Iron King at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II. And now that the showdown has been made official, everybody better get ready for an epic collision.

Who will reign supreme in this clash of the titans? Don't miss NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, streaming live on WWE Network on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 12:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. GMT.

NXT UK Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray vs. Toni Storm vs. Piper Niven

At NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, NXT UK Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray will defend her title against Toni Storm and Piper Niven in a Triple Threat Match.

After Ray overcame Storm to win the championship in a highly personal title showdown at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff, Storm disappeared from the rising brand for some time. In her absence, Niven, already a destructive force, worked her way into title conversation. Just when it seemed Niven's opportunity may be coming, Storm reemerged to lay claim to a rematch she never got against the Scottish titleholder.

When The Queen of Scots began trash talk to Niven and Storm, both Superstars took exception, and it didn't take long for the potential challengers to come to odds with each other as well.

In response, Assistant to the General Manager Sid Scala announced that the three competitors will battle in a Triple Threat Match for the NXT UK Women's Title at TakeOver: Blackpool II.

Tyler Bate vs. Jordan Devlin

At NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, Tyler Bate will battle Jordan Devlin in a match between two masters of the mat, and the bout could very well steal the show.

Devlin has been resentful for his supposed lack of opportunity for some time, an anger he has chosen to focus on arguably the greatest example of success in NXT UK history, Tyler Bate.

The Irish Ace has held resentment against Bate for being granted a United Kingdom Title Match against WALTER at NXT UK TakeOver: Cardiff, going so far as to boycott any appearance at the event when he didn't have a match. He went on to make videos demonstrating his superiority in the locker room as well as Bate's shortcoming's. In addition, he took great pride defeating A-Kid simply because Bate had shown the up-and-comer some support.

Then, during Tyler Bate's match against Noam Dar on the Dec. 19 edition of NXT UK, Devlin suddenly emerged on the stage to get a closer look at the action and nearly cost the first-ever United Kingdom the decision. After the bell, Jordan rushed to the ring with the intent of attacking the object of his scorn, but when he saw that Bate was ready for him, he stopped short at the last moment. Fed up with it all, the first-ever United Kingdom Champion challenged The Irish Ace to a match at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II.

That match will showcase the tremendous ability of two competitors tailormade to square off against each other.

NXT UK Tag Team Champions Mark Coffey & Wolfgang vs. Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner vs. The Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster (4-Way Ladder Match)

At TakeOver: Blackpool II, four of NXT UK's elite tandems with battle in a Ladder Match for the NXT UK Tag Team Championships.

The NXT UK tag tam division has been in a state of chaos in recent months, largely centered around the four teams that include Mark Andrews & Flash Morgan Webster, who won the titles at TakeOver Cardiff, Gallus' Mark Coffey & Wolfgang, who claimed them soon after, first-ever titleholders The Grizzled Young Veterans, and Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner of the dominant Imperium faction.

As fate would have it, this unrest led to an extremely volatile conflict between Gallus and Imperium, and after negotiations between faction leaders WALTER and Joe Coffey, it was determined that NXT UK Tag Team Champions Mark Coffey & Wolfgang of Gallus would battle Imperium's Marcel Barthel & Fabian Aichner in a highly physical tag team showdown in this week's main event.

In the middle of the back-and-forth slugfest, The Grizzled Young Veterans suddenly ran down to the ringside area and attempted to steal the titles that were once theirs. Before they could make off with the gold, however, Andrews & Webster blocked their path and ignited a four-way brawl between the top tandems in NXT UK, reminiscent of the chaos last month when the fighting between Gallus & Imperium spoiled the high-stakes match pitting Webster & Andrews against Zack Gibson & James Drake.

Proclaiming that the "disrespect" for the NXT UK Tag Team Championship was at an end, General Manager Johnny Saint and Assistant to the General Manager Sid Scala took possession of the titles and announced that they would hang them high above the ring at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II for an NXT UK Tag Team Championship 4-Way Ladder Match.

Trent Seven vs. Eddie Dennis

NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II will not be for the faint of heart when Trent Seven goes head-to-head with Eddie Dennis in a match that promises to be an absolute slugfest.

Dennis has recently taken a strong interest in Trent Seven. First, he appeared when The Artful Dodger was greeting the WWE Universe, shaking The Big Strong Boi's hand and not letting go. Then, before Seven's match against the debuting Michael May, Dennis suddenly emerged to deliver a pre-match assault on May before throwing him into the ring as some sort of offering to Seven.

Finally having enough, Seven called out Dennis to finally get an explanation on the Dec. 19 edition of on NXT UK. But rather than offer some clarity, the intense former Headmaster attacked him with his mic without uttering a single word. He then told Seven that he would see him at NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II.

Now, the highly-anticipated contest has been made for NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II, streaming live on WWE Network on Sunday, Jan. 12, at 12 p.m. ET/5 p.m. GMT.
