Kairi Sane made her return at the WWE live event in Lafayette, Louisiana on Friday evening.
In her first match back since the WWE TLC 2019 pay-per-view in December, Sane joined her Kabuki Warriors tag-team partner Asuka, as well as Sarah Logan for a match against the trio of Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Natalya.
Sane, one-half of the WWE Women's Tag-Team Champions, had been pulled from scheduled matches after suffering an injury at the WWE TLC 2019 PPV, although she did continue to appear on WWE RAW while on the sidelines from actual in-ring action.
At the WWE Lafayette live event last night, the team of Lynch, Flair and Nattie defeated The Kabuki Warriors and Logan. After the show, Sane commented on Twitter about returning to the squared circle at the WWE house show.
"I'm back," wrote Sane. "I love wrestling."
