Rap superstar Eminem released a surprise album last week titled Music To Be Murdered By. It was the 11th studio album for the Detroit musician, and the first since Kamikaze in 2018.
Eminem has dropped WWE references in the past, and did it once again on the new album. On the track Godzilla, Eminem references WWE Hall of Famer Bobby "The Brain" Heenan while stating that he "wrestles with mania." You can check out the verse below, via Lyrics.com:
"I can swallow a bottle of alcohol and I'll feel like Godzilla
Better hit the deck like the card dealer
My whole squad's in here, walking around the party
A cross between a zombie apocalypse and big Bobby "The
Brain" Heenan which is probably the
Same reason I wrestle with mania"
Eminem has dropped pro wrestling references on his track before. Most recently, Eminem rapped about the Ric Flair drip on his track with Logic titled Homicide.
"I sound like a f--kin' millionaire With the Derringer
With a hair trigger 'Bout to bear hug your f--kin' terrier to "Ric Flair Drip"
And y'all couldn't hold a candle at a prayer vigil
When I vent, they compare me to a f--kin' air duct
I'm about to bare knuckle it, nah, f--k it"
