Although he is still the reigning WWE United States Champion, don't expect to see Andrade on television after his appearance on Monday Night RAW this week, as he is now reportedly off to begin a 30-day suspension handed down to him by WWE.
Pro Wrestling Sheet is reporting that Andrade has been suspended by WWE for a mandatory 30-day sentence due to an apparent violation of the company's Wellness Policy.
Andrade was reportedly informed on Monday morning that he tested positive for what is still an unknown substance. His disqualification loss and the subsequent injury angle at the hands of Humberto Carrillo on WWE RAW this week was done by design as a way of explaining what will be a month-long absence of a reigning title-holder on the red brand.
WWE has yet to confirm the report, however it is believed that they will imminently, as it is company policy to publicly announce the violations of their Wellness Policy.
