Wednesday Night Wars Ratings (12/11): NXT On USA & AEW Dynamite Tie In Viewership

The Wednesday Night Wars report cards are in, as the WWE NXT and AEW ratings and viewership numbers for the Wednesday, December 11th episodes of NXT On USA and AEW Dynamite have surfaced -- and they tell an interesting story this week.

For the first time in the short history of the Wednesday Night Wars, NXT On USA and AEW Dynamite were watched by an average of an exact equal amount of viewers, with each show drawing an average of 778,000 viewers for the 12/11 episodes.

AEW did manage to squeak out a win in the 18-to-49 year-old demographic, scoring a 0.28 rating and placing 11th overall on cable television for Wednesday night.

By comparison, WWE NXT drew a 0.24 rating in the 18-49 year old demo, which put them in the 21st position for the evening.

Leading the demo with a 0.48 rating was an NBA regular season game between the Los Angeles Clippers and Toronto Raptors, as well as another NBA game between the New Orleans Pelicans and Milwaukee Bucks finishing in third place.
