On this week's edition of AEW Dynamite from the Curtis Culwell Center in Garland, Texas, The Young Bucks defeated The Inner Circle duo Proud -N- Powerful (Santana & Ortiz) in a Texas Street Fight to become the new number one contenders for the AEW Tag-Team Titles.
After the match and the show on Wednesday night, Matt Jackson of The Young Bucks would reveal on Twitter that brother Nick Jackson was working AEW Dynamite this week with the flu.
"Nick laid on the floor in our locker room all day, suffering a terrible flu," wrote Matt via Twitter on Wednesday night after the AEW Dynamite broadcast wapped up from Garland, Texas. "Then popped up [and] put in that gutsy performance tonight."
Matt added, "He won't say it, so I'll do it for him. Proud he's my brother [and] tag-team partner."
