If you factor in DVR technology to the weekly ratings and viewership for the Wednesday Night Wars, with AEW and WWE NXT going head-to-head in prime time every week with AEW Dynamite and NXT On USA, All Elite Wrestling is out-drawing WWE's black-and-gold brand on a regular basis.

When you factor in DVR viewing, AEW Dynamite draws about 1.3 to 1.4 million viewers each week while NXT draws about 1.2 to 1.25 million.

AEW Dynamite is actually the most DVR'd pro wrestling show, even surpassing WWE Raw and WWE Friday Night SmackDown.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter at F4WOnline.com notes that to advertisers, DVR viewers have little-to-no impact on ad sales, as the most valuable audience to the advertisers are those who are watching live, as it likely means they are watching all the commercials as opposed to fast-forwarding through them as one does when watching a DVR-taped show.
